OK, so if at anytime you have no idea what i'm talking about or get curious for more info.. i'll be posting a thread in general for the whole world to see. (hopefully)

Anywayz, i maybe and hopefully openning up shop again. so any info on eula's would be FANTASTIC!

each company has a different approach to eula's, so far HL2 is the worst.

basically need to know if you guys are aware of any loop holes or schemes for a business to have 20 or so of your favourite titles, installed on its machines, without paying royalties or absurd amounts of cash to the publishers.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXAMPLE: if i run starcraft or warcraft 2 (i know there dated, but it's the easiest example that i have figured out) .. so if i have 20 computers running starcraft i have to have a legal copy on each of them, and if i charge people to play it on them.. then i must pay blizzard royalties... however, if each player has his own starcraft CD which he uses to play then i dont have to pay blizzard a dime!

so a work around would be to \"sell a cd\" to a player (via deposit) which he uses to play with, and then he may choose to keep it or return it for his deposit, and thus not having to pay blizzard extra cash for using there game in my business.
