Okay so if you watch the BBC Click Program (basically a weekly TV show about all things technology) you may have noticed this little (well actually big!) mistake. Either the BBC Editor is an apple fan boy and wanted to piss off Microsoft lovers or they genuinely made a mistake!
Well I'll get around to it, when they we're reviewing the new Zune (well what is their really to review ) they always put the product name of the time on a blue bar at the bottom, however instead of saying Zune it said iZune. At first I thought my eye's were playing up, but no, someone at the BBC made a big mistake. So what about it what sounds better iZune or Zune, I prefer iZune but I think the world would be better without the Zune, but thats my opinion.
Anyway here's a screen shot: - If you think that I've manipulated the image, I assure you I have not, I've even sent at email to the BBC asking them about the mistake and I will post it here!
I'm not sure if the BBC keep hold of the past Click episodes online so you may not have time to look at it yourself.
Here are some discussions on this forum which relate to this topic
Guys: it was a joke. Alas, not a very good one, but then most of mine aren't. It was attempting to suggest that the Zune was just like the iPod ie a 'me too' product from Microsoft.
