Well, tonight is new moon, so we wouldn't be able to see it anyways, but it will be really cool when i can see Jupiter and the Great Red Spot, and some of it's moons. btw, mine is a Newtonian, 150MM diameter (6\"), 1400MM focal point, I have a 25MM and a 10MM lens for it, with a 2X Barlow, not sure on the brand of it, though. A couple years ago (I'm pretty sure it was two), Mars came closer than it will for like thousands of years, but the best I thing I had for viewing it was a camcorder <_< .
