Which of these is best.  I'm just throwing some cards out here that run at *around* the same price, but below $150.

Oh yeah, they're all AGP because every motherboard I own is AGP.

I'd grab either of these two:

I'm more inclined to lean towards one of those myself.  They're both 256-bit in lieu of 128-bit of the others and they're both sporting GDDR3 memory.

I love Sapphire, I've used many of them in the past and they're just well made cards in my opinion.

How do you guys feel about this one:

I'm thinking about moving to Nvidia.  I'm absolutely SICK of ATI's drivers.

I view it as a good value card, but it is a little picky about heat.  The card has already been pushed to its limits, so overclocking is probably going to be un-successful.  Running stock, however, I'd say it has awesome bang for the buck.

Yeah, I'll probably have to look at Zalman for some GPU cooling.

I don't plan on overclocking it.  I don't overclock any video cards anymore.  Too muich heat for the small percentage of performance gain.  When I buy components, they have to last me a very long time.  This is why I'm still using a Radeon 9200SE.

First things first though, new PSU.
