I go for the X800 XL 100%.

It outperformed the 6600GT 100% & took on the 6800GT in more than 50% of the Benchmarks.

The ATI X800 XL Spec's.
256MB GDDR3
256-Bit Tech.
16 Pixel Pipelines
6 Vertex Engines
0.11nm Process
400MHz Core Clock? (May change)
1050MHz Memory? (May change)

Beats the X800 Pro by far.

Will cost $100 cheaper than X800 Pro.

I think it will cost about $350.

Woop's, I messed up the polling somehow.

I'll see if I can fix it.

Take Care,

ATI seems to have better Image Quality.
I can see some pixel's while playing Half-Life 2 with the 6800GT & 6600GT.
My pick was the ATI Radeon X800 XL for Price/Performance.
But the ATI Radeon X850 XT PE is the $$$ best. $$$

Well, I'm picking up the ATI Radeon X800 XL when it comes out.

It competes well with the 6800GT. ;)

Sorry SuperXP. 6800Ultra rules all! And the 6850U will rule all when it comes out! Then, get [2] of them into SLI mode and start kicking butt!

It would be nice to see 2 6850 Ultra's with SLI
versus 2 X850 XT PE's with AMR
.
Makes a great thread don't you think?

I fine this interesting. The 6800 GT over clocked will match the 6800 ultra extreme.

On many tests the Nvidia beets out ATI.

Yes Josh that is true. But they say that (2) 6600GT's in SLI still only equal *1* 6800GT. So, why spend the extra money? The only way SLI is worth-it is if you get (2) 6800GT/6800U's.

SLI is way to unstable and the boards do not suport over clocking yet. from the benchmarks i have seen a over clocked AGP is faster then SLI so far .

Just give Nvidia some time. I'm sure they'll fix it all.

Here is the Best Bang for your Money Graphic's Card. It beats the 6800GT & X850 Pro & almost matches the X 850 XT PE in some cases. It's the ATI Radeon X 800 XL.

Here is an amazing review. :)
