ok as i work a lot with websites, design and development i'll put in my two pennies, don't take any of it to heart i myself am poor at design but am good at being critical lol.
first impression: looks modern, but "amateurisk".
- the gradients look ok but the text on top doesn't work properly it "clashes" with the background and is hard to read.
- navigation should have some sort of seperator in-between or a way to distinguish the differnet links. although you may think its obvious its not always - header could be a bit "busier" a 100% wide header usually looks nice imo or having a logo with gradient behind.
-make it clear on the index what the site is about and for, this is what a good index should really do, especially for guests who won't know what the site is about

About which pages do you write? I have changed my address a few times (from szmitek.4t.com, szmitek.host.sk) and I have leaved website which links to my new Web site. I have also some alias to my Web site. I know only one Web site about me: http://kamilszmit.cba.pl/ I do not know who have created this Web site.

CBA is Centralne Biuro Antykorupcyjne (Central Anticorruption Bureau). It has Web site http://cba.gov.pl/portal/en/. But CBA means also free hosting service http://cba.pl/. Blog about me is created on this server. I am not changing my Web site because I prepared for the Matura exam. I intend changed my Web site after examinations. There will be no tables, no redirections. Web site will have my opinions. It will be based on MS SQL Server with LINQ instead of Access database, on RESX resources and on master pages.
