I'm sure everyone here has heard of Jacob Nielsen, the usability king as dubbed by some.
Whilst most of his preachings are fundamentally sound (albeit obvious to most web design people) this recent entry in his column has had my mouth open wide thinking 'OH MY GOD'

Is this guy truly seriously this bored? Films are not real - In the film, does anyone actually belief people can live in a computer matrix?? No? Good.... give yourself a reality badge. Why then should we give a toss about usability on the computer screens you hardly ever notice in the sets of films?
He has some good points, but that was mostly worthless.
It's about as much as a list of the biggest consistency errors in movies, with number one being some movie scene where a window re-formed after a fight scene. Who cares? Just enjoy the damn movie.
