If there is one thing that annoys me, it is people who hate Microsoft just because they are Microsoft. (No offence to you SWE...). So many people do this either because they think its cool or because they don't know any better. Microsoft is not bad.
Exactly. The same goes for people that are currently complaining about Vista. The majority of people that complain about something have no idea about what they are complaining about.
I agree. I think Vista is going to be great. I mean, it's taken them YEARS to get it out. So, it better be good :P I've gone back and forth on liking and hating M$. Overall, I don't care too much about them, it's just once in a while, they'll do something that really makes me wonder, and other times, they'll do great stuff.
what turned me away from M$ is the xbox... the xbox just goes to show what you can do if your one of the biggest corperations in the whole frikin world and you can just throw money at problems to make them go away. like M$ just busted right into the gaming industry with the xbox and halo, whereas nintendo worked its way up from the game-and-watch systems and cards...not to mention all the other old school companies like atari and sega, but thats just a nintendo fanboy spewing his crap.

Yea i guess but since your a nintendo fan boy i think your view of MS's XBOX is kind of jaded. Not thant i dont like Nintendo because i love N64 with goldeneye yeeeaaaa!, anyways what you said makes since but i respect MS for what they've accomplished.

You hate MS because they came out with a good console and good games on that console?
i agree, If you like nintendo so much how do you think thay will get better without compitition and if thats the ONLY reason you hate MS that is not right it like hating me cause i have glasses.
hey M$ started out just as small as nintendo or even smaller, started out with bill gates programming in his teen much like ID software the founders od ID were in fararies by the time they were 16. bill gates knew how to take risks to become sucessful unfortunatly a little to succesful creating a monopoly and causing him to get in lawsuits.

well i ment how M$ came into the gaming industry...
and its not like im totally agenst xbox or anything, i mean i go to my friends house all the time and play on live, and im way to good at halo for someone who dosent own it, but i dont know its just somthing about the xbox that makes me want to...do somthing very painfull to it...and laugh...and eat cheese...
Actually, Bill Gates is a s**tty butt programmer. DOS was bought from some guy and marketed to IBM. From there, Bill has never had to program anything.
