Hey guys, wouldn't two 6600s in SLI be better than a 6600GT? If so, woot has them for $69 a piece http://www.woot.com/ (but you have to get them by tonight. at 12:00, they're gone)
I was wondering about the SLI, because I was hoping to do some extensive gaming. So, the one 6600 will be enough?
And what do you think about the water cooling?
One 6600 would be enough for most games now, though in the near future it won't. For extensive gaming, the 6600GT would probabally be your best choice.
That ram runs at 3-3-3-8 timings. That's as high as most ram will go, and as high as most motherboards allow. To overclock, you need to loosen the timings to get it to work, or you'll get errors. So, what you want is some ram that is like 2-3-3-6. The best is 2-2-2-5. That way, you have alot of room to loosen the timings.

So, now that I've got everything configured perfectly(atleast, somewhat perfectly), I need the cash to spend for it.
I have about $260 dollars in the bank for it right now, and I have a tutoring job that pays $5 per hour for one hour, 3 days of the week. Gonna take some time for me to get $764 plus shipping.
Anyone know of any legal ways I can get some quick cash?
