Total comes to $2,017.15 which in cannadian dolliars is probably 1800. But with that extra $$$ you could afford to buy liquid cooling or some more games :)
What is the difference between DDR2 standard in motherboards? Im buying memory clocked at 800mhz and I want to know that if I buy a motherboard with a DDR2 Standard lower than 800 if the memory would work or perform the same.
55C (131F) is not actually an extremely high temperature. Unless you are actually experiencing problems, I would not worry about it.
yeah but 55C is only on IDOL. I havent used speedfan while gaming yet, but i guess the temp would be 70C since in heavy gaming the temp ususally rises 15c during gaming.
How have you come to the conclusion you have \"major heat problems?\" Are there any problems with the computer as a result? What exactly are the temps?
Hi, my name is Alex and this is my first post on this forums. Let me start by saying that I will be building a custom gaming computer that will be desined to play F.E.A.R., CoD2, and most of all BF2 for a budget of under $1,400 American. I already have hardware plans of my own, but I would like to see what you think I should buy, then I will show you my hardware thoughts and well compare. So if one of you would be kind enough to quickly build a computer to play the games I listed for a budget of $1,400 American that would be great. :D
Oh yeah btw, I will be needing a monitor, keboard, mouse, and speakers.
ummm... well im having some major heat problems with my dell dimension 4600C (note that i did not choose such a small case). *grabs measuring tape*. Let me just start by saying: \"Its a retarded 3\"W, 12\"H, 12\"L space saving design running on one tiny 70mm fan with a 3.4Ghz P4 processor\". I know the P4 makes alot of heat. Could my heat troubles be caused by the thin design?
Ps- im building my first computer, so ill be hanging around this forum for awile asking for suggestions. :)
