Neither, i got HL2 on the morning it was released and ive still only played 30 mins max. Im just off my games lately appart from CS:S, i dont play anything appart from that.
\"With the price of a 4000+ + about 50$, you could buy yourself a nice FX-51.\"
Im sure i read somewhere that the 4000+ and the FX51 were basicly the same processor with the multiplyer locked on the 4000+. I dont know too much on AMD so i could be wrong.
I voted for \"i dont like any of them\". Neither have produced any truely inovative products over the last few years. I might get bashed for what im about to say but so be it.
As far as inovation in the processor market goes, IMHO VIA are leading the way, just go to their website and check out there Eden-N processor and i guarentee youl be amazed.
They also have a 64 bit processor in the piplelines for 2006 and are releasing a dual processor mini ITX motherboard in the near future. yah they dont produce the best performing products but that doesnt matter to me as long as its different and has a fresh approach to things.
Yes its 533fsb. I dont think there is a 800 fsb (do the math). Am not selling either, i spent my upgrade money on my grand prix ticket so am keepin this setup till i can afford a skt 939 rig.
If your after a 533 try the 2.4 prescott, a friend of mine has one over 3.0ghz on air with decent temps.
We've all done it now and then but do you thinks its right to illegaly download copyrighted material? Il stick my hand up, ive ripped a few tracks off win MX in the past but ive always got rid if i didnt buy the albums in the end.
Ive installed SP2 on my PC and quite a few friends PC's and none have had any problems so far appart from Joint Ops used to crash to desktop but thats been fixed.
How come every time theres a poll theres never the choice i want on it?
Anyway my vote goes to samsung, they never get the best reviews nor are they the best performers around but every single one ive had has worked without a hitch untill i finaly got shut of it. This means more to me than any crummy magazine review or performance comparison.
