The only bad thing is it uses iTunes, which isn't that well-rounded a media player, and is way too geared for getting you to buy stuff. You have to buy everything, make an account with this and that for that to work, it's kind of a hassle sometimes. But once you get the hang of using it it's okay, even if the only real reason I have it is for the iPod. The iPod itself is great though.
