All I know as of now is that they are going to have 24 Pixel Pipelines.

One site says that it will only be an upgrade to the 6800 Ultra & another says that there will be a complete Core Re-Design just like ATI.

Well, I am looking forward to both companies, but seeing that Half Life 2 is my favorite game, I will probably be looking @ the ATI card.

That's Great.

I would love to see the new GeForce go up against ATI's X950XT monster.

Both ATI & NVIDIA have equal amazing cards.

ATI Radeon X850XT PE vs. NVIDIA 6800 Ultra Extreme
ATI Radeon X800XT PE vs. NVIDIA 6800 Ultra
ATI Radeon X800XT vs. NVIDIA 6800 Ultra
ATI Radeon X800XL vs. NVIDIA 6800GT
ATI Radeon X850Pro vs. NVIDIA 6800GT
ATI Radeon X800Pro vs. NVIDIA 6800GT

The X800 (BOLD Above) series seem to be getting replaced by the X850 series.
But the X800 XL will still be in production & known to be the Best Price/Performance High End Card in the market.

hmm well i see you quoted me.. but i see no mention of the r520 or nv47 fully supporting 3  or more monitors in individual displays or one across all.

and i might match up the 6800ue with the X850XT an put the X850XT-PE in a league of its own at the top... (hmm i wonder if this is going to recieve a comment)
ATI<<-- ME   duh, label me fan-boy   :P

So, ATI is finally admitting that even X800's cannot compete with the awesome power of the 6800 Ultra, eh?
