well, again the question 'how do they count the processor with a dual core'. It says
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4300
Speed/cache: 1.86Ghz / 2MB L2 Cache
, so, is the total Speed 1,86 Ghz (which would be veeeery low) or is each core 1,86 Ghz (which gives a total of 3.72, and that's nice:D)

grtz...

ive asked that question a million times and still dont know it for sure
but compared to the others (3ghz and 2.8ghz) idd say total

btw updated previous post

Well, if this is total, I wouldn't buy thisone!! 1.8 is now almost the standard for a good laptop:p

grtz...

Ok thx for the posts guys, so of all those computers you recommend that ACER AST671-AE74 the most?
Or, you think I have to keep looking for another pc, because the price of that (ACER) is to high, or that computer just sucks?
Or is this 1 very good for hes price and recommended for games, internet etc?

well, I'd go for the acer. The only thing you still need to know is the soundcard (if you like a 5.1 surroundsystem, it's quite important;))

grtz...

Oke I'm gonna say: never buy a pc in a store like that unless it's Dell. Build your own rig. It might cost more but it will last longer and will be easier to adapt or upgrade.. Or buy a laptop..

Edit: Well I talked with my mother and she wants to give 800€ MAXIMUM for a pc, but than we want one with tvtuner

well kef, all i can say is this : go to some pc stores and ask what they offer as rigs. You can always let em adjust that.

pcparner offer this :

· UPDATE 29/06/2007
·  AOPEN ATX CASE QF50D BLACK 350W
·  MSI K9N SLI-2F
·  AMD DUAL CORE 4800+ BOXED
·  NVIDIA NX8600GT 256MB PCI-E
·  GIGABIT LANCARD ON BOARD
·  SOUNDCARD ON BOARD
·  2X 1GB 800MHZ DDR2
·  SEAGATE 250GB 16MB S-ATAII
·  DVDROM 16X
·  DVDWRITER 18X DUAL LAYER
·  MULTI CARDREADER

price : 667,00 €

so you can go to that store and ask one of the guys there to put a tv tuner in it.

So -the screen, -mouse, -toetsenbord:P, -luidsprekers + 2GB ram was the total 750.
